WHAT YOU NEED TO SUPPLY

Alcohol - (Wine and juice to be served in glasses, beer to be served in bottles). Since we aren't licensed, we're not legally permitted to sell any alcohol and you cannot either.

Food Caterers - we have a preparation area set aside for caterers.

Wait & Bar staff - we recommend one wait and bar staff per 50 people. 2 bar staff will enable you to have one behind the bar and one roaming with drinks. You may require more depending on the level of service you wish to offer.

Glass Hire – we have some recommendations for glass hire, ask us about this!

Music
If specific music is required for the event it must be provided in the following format-
1. Mp3 only (no WMAs)
2. Must be supplied on a USB drive, CD or DVD (no iPod’s or MP3 players). If supplied on a CD it must be burned as a data disc, not an audio CD.
