As the client is a large commercial law firm, a professional presentation was a must.

While the boardroom was required to meet a certain aesthetic, functionality was not compromised to meet this goal.  A motorised screen & projector can be lowered for presentations and conveniently retracted for a clean look for meetings that don’t require a digital presentation.  The whole system is controlled via a mobile touchscreen, including all video, audio, motorised projector & screen.

Other common areas such as the lunch room & meeting spaces were also fitted with AV systems for staff use.
