Boardroom Presentation & Conferencing System

The client wanted a fully integrated room with lighting, presentation of multimedia, motorisation & video conferencing.  As the room was frequently used as a client mixer space also, it had to be invisible when not in use also.

Screen Technics motorised screen and projector lifts were integrated into the room to conceal the main components of the system, and small form components that could fit in the limited space within the cabinetry were used to drive the multimedia system.

To keep the budget under control, all the AV control was achieved using the Cbus colour touchscreen mounted at the front of the room, negating any need for an additional control system.
