Our client was undertaking the project as an investment but made decisions from the perspective of an owner-occupier.  He realised that buyers were coming to expect a certain level of tech in an upmarket dwelling and was sure to include all the mod-cons available to make the property highly marketable.

The result is a fully integrated home – combining lighting, security & CCTV, intercom, multi-room audio & a dedicated theatre room – all working in synergy to add convenience & luxury to this already luxurious design.
