As the client was in a professional infrastructure and environmental services company, videoconferencing was at the centre of the design.  Additional training & meeting rooms were also included in the AV scope. A rear projection digital signage screen was installed onto the glass walls of the internal stairs, providing a dynamic welcome message to visitors.

The boardroom was fitted with a large Plasma panel & Video Camera for conferencing with clients & stakeholders.  A motorised screen & projector can be lowered for presentations and multiple connectivity points are recessed into the tabletop as needed for presentations.  The whole system is controlled via an 8″ Crestron touchscreen, including all AV, lighting, blinds, motorised projector & screen.

Staff breakout spaces, outdoor space, and lunchroom are also fitted with audio & video entertainment equipment.
